1950 Harmony H50

1950 Harmony H50 — Sunburst

Made in Chicago, Illinois, USA

A genuinely early example of an archtop with a factory-installed pickup — the H50 pairs Harmony's traditional acoustic archtop construction with a Gibson-made P-13 pickup, giving it real vintage electric tone decades before electrics became the norm. A spruce top over maple back and sides delivers a warm, resonant acoustic voice, while the 24 1/4" short scale and fat vintage neck profile make it comfortable and easy in hand. At 16" across the lower bout, it's a substantial-bodied archtop with real presence. This example has had a neck reset performed. Honest player's wear on this vintage piece — worth noting before purchase. Comes with the original chipboard case.
