Polytone Mini Brute II - Original Gold Squiggle Grille Cloth, Custom Cabinet

Polytone Mini-Brute II — Original Gold Squiggle Grille Cloth (Custom Cabinet)

Late 70s

Made in Hollywood, California, USA

A rare find — this vintage Polytone Mini-Brute II retains its original gold squiggle grille cloth, an early Polytone covering not commonly seen surviving in this condition. Loaded with onboard spring reverb and distortion, features not found on the base Mini-Brute III/IV models, this is the sought-after 12" speaker variant jazz players chase for that classic clean Polytone headroom. Note the amp chassis has been rehoused in a custom, non-original cabinet, making this a great combination of an authentic vintage grille/panel with a fresh build underneath.
